    The location was great and super - just 5 minutes' walk from St Leonard's Tower. I had the double room which was exceptionally comfortable and tidy with contemporary style. The good and lovely staff made it a pleasurable place to stay.

    Breakfast was missed.

    Gourmet dining experiences were really good and nice.

    On top of that, the mould in the shower was not only unappealing but also concerning for our health. To make matters worse, we faced constant noise from the nearby bar, disruptive enough to disturb our sleep before an important work event.

    The location was superb, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. The only windows in our room were skylights, which limited natural light. There were some minor safety concerns with the stairs, and phone signal was weak. Nevertheless, the staff's hospitality and the quality of food surpassed our expectations.
